Pure Lifestyles is directed by Nutritionist (MSc.) and Personal Trainer Lindsay Holden. Lindsay combines her knowledge of nutrition and training to provide bespoke health and fitness programs to her clients.
Lindsay specializes in dietary manipulation and training for performance improvment, whether that be on the field, at work or in general day to day life. Lindsay has worked with a vast range of individuals from elite athletes to weight loss clients and those with specific health ailments including gastrointestinal dysfunction, skin conditions and metabolic imbalances.
Pure Lifestyles offers clients the opportunity to reach their full potential through tailored program design, individual, no-nonsense nutritional manipulation and guided coaching.
Lindsay recently set up Revival Retreats. Lindsay believes there is not enough time spent focusing on ourselves and our own health goals in the hectic world we now live in. These retreats provide just the answer – total focus on number one. They encompass exaclty what Pure Lifestyles is all about – making people feel great.
